  • Mr Allan

Welcome to the Goddard School at Cherry Hill! I proudly serve as the on-site owner of the School. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Accounting from City University of New York, Brooklyn College as well as a Master's degree in Finance from Wagner College. I enjoy being active in the community and have coached both little league baseball and my son's YMCA basketball team along with participating in my daughter's equestrian activities and events. I am the father of three children and recognize the importance of a safe and nurturing learning environment. My family and I enjoy sports, biking, and vacationing together in the Poconos and Florida. I have been a resident of the Mercer County area for over twenty-five years and am happy to be able to provide Goddard's outstanding program to the children of this community. I would like to extend an invitation to your family to visit my beautiful school in Cherry Hill, introduce you to my incredible faculty, including an Educational Director, and tell you about Goddard's FLEX Learning Program, STEAM, and 21st Century Learning.

A few fun facts about me - I love camping, singing, crocheting, reading. I also love flowers, but I can never seem to keep them alive, so I am not much of a gardener! I sing with my church choir and the Brookdale Concordia Chorale. I hold a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and have been an NJ state certified teacher for over 20 years. As for my family, I have been married for 20 years to my wonderful husband (we've been friends since the 5th grade!). We have 2 children, one who is in college and one Goddard Alumni, and we are tremendously proud of both of them. We also have a sweet 6 year old lab rescue pup! I love working with children and seeing their bright, beautiful smiles each morning. I want each child in our school to feel loved and welcomed when they walk through our doors. I would like the families of our school to know that they can be confident knowing that their children are in a loving, nurturing, and safe environment.

A little about me - I enjoy baking, reading, decorating for holidays. I am a NJ state certified teacher with over 20 years of experience and hold a dual Bachelors degree in English Literature and Elementary Education. I have an amazing husband of 11 years and a beautiful daughter in second grade who is a Goddard Alumni! Some fun facts - I worked at the famous Action Park while in high school. I also make an amazing almond pound cake and love watching Christmas movies year round. I love working with children because it brings me joy! My students always bring a smile to my face. Every day is a new adventure for me and them! I want my students to know that they are all special. I want them to feel comfortable and happy so their best will shine through. As for the families I serve, I want them to know that their children are safe and loved here. Each child in our school will be treated as my own.

A few fun things about me - I came to the United States when I was in high school and and originally from Korea. I have earned by Bachelor of Arts degree in Art. I love being artistic, but do not like to paint! I also love to watch movies, listen to music, and (as my student well know!) dance! I have two sisters and I help my mom with her business by doing alterations. I love working with kids- they bring me such joy! I have had a passion for early childhood education as it brings me joy to teach and care for our children. As an art major, I am excited to put all my experience to use for the kids. I enjoy singing and am very happy to introduce the Korean language to our children! I want my students to feel loved when they are in my care. I run a happy and fun classroom and I try to create an environment that they want to come to everyday! I want my families to trust that my classroom is a comfortable and safe place for their children.

A few fun facts about me - I like to write stories, play video games, and watch anime. I Have a large and crazy family and am even a great aunt! I was adopted and my adoption was finalized on Valentine's Day. For me, kids are very fun to be around. They just brighten up my day! I want all of my students to feel safe and loved. I want them to feel like they are in the arms of a loving aunt when they are in my care. I would like my families to feel at peace when dropping off their children with me - knowing that their little one will no longer be crying even if they had a rough drop off and will they will have a fun, safe day.

  • Kayla

A few fun facts about me - I enjoy drawing, painting, music, and fashion/design. I am engaged and have 2 cats, Bella and Levi. Most people don't know that I was in a band and can speak three other languages conversationally (Spanish, French, and Korean)! I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Working with children is the most rewarding experience! You truly impact a child's life by helping them grow and learn - it's an incredible to be part of that process! I want my students to know that they are loved and that I will do anything I can to help them to succeed. Parents can feel reassured that I will prioritize their child's safety and their success. Each of my students hold a special place in my heart.

  • Phyllis

Hello! It is my pleasure to work with all the children of Goddard school! When I am not having fun with the munchkins, I am a college student working on my Early Childhood degree. I love working with children of all ages and seeing their bright smiles when I come into their classroom to assist their teachers!

  • Betty

I have been a teacher with Goddard since 2006 and have been working with children since 1997. I love being with children and you can often find me singing to the them - my favorite songs are "You Are My Sunshine" and "Down by the Bay"! I also love reading and talking to our babies. The best rewards come in the form of toothless smiles and full belly laughs! A little about me personally, I enjoy reading and bird watching. I also love spending time with my family and pets! I have three grown children of my own and 8 wonderful grandchildren. It is gratifying to teach these beautiful babies and to watch them grow, and I love when they stop by to say hello as they go through the years here. I want our families to know that their babies are well, taken good care of, and loved while they are in my care.

  • Dionna

I enjoy writing poetry, nature walk and hikes, going to local art events, drinking tea, and eating sushi (haha!). My family is black and Taiwanese, and we are a creative, vibrant, and wise bunch! I've learned a lot about community from my family and we spend a good amount of time together. I studied Shakespeare abroad in London and absolutely loved it. I am also a big fan of cartwheels! Children crack me up and warm my heart. It's incredible to build unique relationships with these tiny people and watch them discover, grow, shift, and change. I want our students to know that they are loved and capable! It is important to me to build trust and make a connection with the families in our room. I love being able to send them to work with a sense of comfort that their children are receiving the best of me every day.

  • Peggy

I am proud to say that I have been with Goddard since 2009. After leaving work to raise my children, I wanted to take my life experiences as a loving mother and grandmother to the classroom to provide our babies the best experience. No one can truly replicate the love of a mother or grandmother, but you have my word that I do my best to try. No matter what, the babies in my room come first. I believe it is important to work with families and take each parent's request seriously. I take great pride and joy in trying to provide care that is consistent with the type of care the child receives at home . I love that it is my job to make sure our youngest children are happy and loved.

  • Chelsea

Ms. Chelsea joined our Goddard School family in February of 2013. She is currently pursuing her degree in Math Education from Rowan University. Chelsea works as a floating assistant teacher in each of our classrooms. Children literally cheer when Ms. Chelsea comes into their class. She is loved by teachers, parents and children alike!

  • Shyheyra

A little about me - I enjoy reading and do a lot of crafting that I sell at craft fairs over the weekends. I also LOVE dinosaurs! I am happily married and a mother of three children ranging in ages from 12 through 21 years old. I hold my Childhood Development Associate's Degree and have been a professional early childhood educator for over 15 years. I believe that the most important thing an educator can do is nurture their children. My families can rest easy knowing that their children are safe with me and that their child will have fun learning. My students know that they are loved from the moment they step foot in my classroom and they can make a mess to have fun! I love seeing the faces of my students when they finally understand what I am trying to teach them!
