Every day is a new adventure for me and them! I want my students to know that they are all special. I want them to feel comfortable and happy so their best will shine through. As for the families I serve, I want them to know that their children are safe and loved here. Each child in our school will be treated as my own.
A few fun things about me - I came to the United States when I was in high school and and originally from Korea. I have earned by Bachelor of Arts degree in Art. I have had a passion for early childhood education as it brings me joy to teach and care for our children. As an art major, I am excited to put all my experience to use for the kids. I enjoy singing and am very happy to introduce the Korean language to our children! I want my students to feel loved when they are in my care. I run a happy and fun classroom and I try to create an environment that they want to come to everyday! I want my families to trust that my classroom is a comfortable and safe place for their children.
A few fun facts about me - I like to write stories, play video games, and watch anime. I Have a large and crazy family and am even a great aunt! I want them to feel like they are in the arms of a loving aunt when they are in my care. My name is Emily but the kids call me Emmy! I've been working as a preschool teacher for two years now, however I’ve been working for a children’s theater camp for about nine years. I really enjoy traveling and learning new languages. My favorite place to visit is the beach! Outside of work I love being around my large family especially, my little cousins, nieces and nephews. My favorite colors are blue and purple, I love teaching art and science but I love learning about history! I am currently in school trying to obtain my CDA. I’m looking forward to spending time with your children and watching them grow every day!
I have been an infant teacher for 3 years. Previously worked with preschool and toddler students. My hobbies are gardening, sewing and holistic food/healthcare. The children fill my day with lots of laughter and love!
My name is Nadeja Williams, and I have been a proud member of The Goddard School team since May 2025. With over four years of experience in early childhood education, I have developed a deep passion for working with toddlers and supporting their growth through nurturing guidance, engaging activities, and meaningful connections. I take great joy in creating a safe, stimulating environment where young children can explore, learn, and thrive. My goal as an educator is to support each child’s developmental journey while fostering their confidence, curiosity, and love of learning. Being a part of their foundational years is both a privilege and a responsibility that I hold close to my heart.
A little about me - I enjoy reading and do a lot of crafting that I sell at craft fairs over the weekends. I also LOVE dinosaurs! I am happily married and a mother of three children ranging in ages from 12 through 21 years old. I hold my Childhood Development Associate's Degree and have been a professional early childhood educator for over 15 years. I believe that the most important thing an educator can do is nurture their children. My families can rest easy knowing that their children are safe with me and that their child will have fun learning. My students know that they are loved from the moment they step foot in my classroom and they can make a mess to have fun! I love seeing the faces of my students when they finally understand what I am trying to teach them!
Hi everyone! My name is Janita, and I joined The Goddard School in June. I bring over 10 years of experience as an assistant teacher and am so excited to be part of this caring community. A little about me, I've been married for almost 15 years to a wonderful husband, and we have two amazing boys, ages 13 and nearly 9. Both of my sons are autistic, which has taught me so much about patience, understanding, and the importance of a nurturing environment. In my free time, I love spending time with my family, going to the movies, and enjoying date nights with my husband. As an assistant teacher, my goal is to provide the same love, care, and safety that families trust us to give their children every day. I’m so happy to be part of your child’s learning journey!
My name is Suneetha, though all the kids lovingly call me Miss Sunny. I’m originally from India and have a background in software engineering, but my true passion lies in teaching young children. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience working with little ones, particularly in the areas of art, math, and science. I live with my family—my husband, who is a scientist, and our middle school-aged child. Having lived in Europe for many years, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for different cultures and enjoy bringing a global perspective into the classroom. In my free time, I love traveling, cooking, gardening, and swimming. I’m excited to be part of your child’s learning journey and to share my love for discovery and creativity with them every day!
I am proud to say that I have been with Goddard since 2009. After leaving work to raise my children, I wanted to take my life experiences as a loving mother and grandmother to the classroom to provide our babies the best experience. No one can truly replicate the love of a mother or grandmother, but you have my word that I do my best to try. No matter what, the babies in my room come first. I believe it is important to work with families and take each parent's request seriously. I take great pride and joy in trying to provide care that is consistent with the type of care the child receives at home . I love that it is my job to make sure our youngest children are happy and loved.
